Captain Hookz Cup Holder Warranty

1. Coverage

Captain Hookz warrants that its cup holder products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and free from structural failure under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects — any flaw in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase
  • Structural failure — breakage or failure of the product resulting from normal, intended use

 

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from use outside of the product's intended purpose

 


 

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defect or damage

 


 

4. Remedy

At our sole discretion, Captain Hookz will repair, replace, or issue a refund for any product determined to be covered under this warranty.


 

5. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Captain Hookz's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
