Refund policy

At Captain Hookz, we want you to love your pontoon boat accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at captain@captainhookz.com.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
